Elements in Pak govt actively involved in cross border activities: Rijiju

The government today categorically said that there are elements in Pakistani government who actively take part in the cross border activities along the international borders. Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha, Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijuju said Indian government has provided evidences about infiltration to Pakistan from time to time. He said government is considering to increase the compensation to 5 lakh rupees from one lakh to the kins of those killed in Pakistani firing in Jammu and Kashmir.<br/><br/>Mr Rijiju said till July 26th this year, there have been 192 ceasefire violations by Pakistan. He said government is taking various measures to check ceasefire violations at the borders including setting up re-inforced bunkers. The minister informed the House that ambulances are kept in readiness at convenient locations for evacuation of persons in case of emergency.<br/><br/>The minister replied amidst slogan shouting by Congress members in the well of the House.
