<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, guidelines have been issued for reopening schools and colleges from 2nd of November in the State. The Elementary and Secondary Education department issued guidelines to resume classes for the students' from 6th to 12th standard. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The guidelines said a student could attend classes 3 days a week with a maximum of 20 students in a class. Attendance of students will be based on parental consent. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On the other hand, the classes of undergraduate students will also begin on the 2nd of next month. College authorities will take a decision on a staggered time table. All Covid protocols will have to be followed while resuming classes in schools and higher educational institutes.</span><br />
