In Sikkim, Elector Photo Identity Cards were distributed to over four thousand voters aged between 18 to 20 years on the National Voters Day today. A State Level function was held at Chintan Bhawan in the capital Gangtok which was presided over by the Governor, Balmiki Prasad Singh.
