He said Sonipat means 'Kisan', 'Jawan' and 'Pehalwan' and BJP has tried its best to keep this trilogy intact. Referring to abrogation of Article 370 he said Constitution of India was implemented in Jammu and Kashmir on Aug 5. Chief Minister  Devendra Fadnavis, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and prominent BJP leaders are also addressing rallies in different parts of state today.
