A monitoring division headed by a senior official is being set up in the Election Commission to check the use of money power during the poll process. The Commission will also launch voter’s education campaign to increase participation of people, particularly the youth, in the election. This was stated by the Chief Election Commissioner, Dr. S.Y. Quraishi in an interview to All India Radio.
