The Election Commission of Nepal has announced that 3578 polling centres will be set up for the third phase of local elections to be held on September 18. In third round elections will be held in 8 districts of Province 2 in Tarai region for 136 local bodies. <br/><br/>More than twenty six lakh eligible voters will elect 6627 local representatives. As per the new constitution of Nepal local, provincial and parliament elections needs be completed by 21 January 2018. Two phases of local polls have already been completed on May 14 and June 28.
