<span style="color: #222222;">To conduct the General Election to Puducherry Legislative Assembly 2021 , the Election Commission of India has appointed 10 expenditure observers, 10 General Observers and 4 police observers to the Union Territory. The expenditure observers arrived at Puducherry and monitored the Election Expenditure of contesting candidates and to verify the day to day expenses , bank transactions made by the contesting candidates.<br />''<br />''Mean while the central Expenditure observers convened a meeting here.
