Chief Election Commissioner Sushil Chandra has said that the Election Commission leaves no stone unturned to conduct an inducement free elections in the country. Speaking exclusively to AIR News, Mr. Chandra asserted that a multi-layered system is established during the elections to check distribution of money, liquor or freebies to the voters.
