<span style="color: #222222;">Election Commission today announced biennial elections to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council and Telangana Legislative Council by the members of Legislative Assembly. Three seats in Andhra Pradesh and six seats in Telangana will go to polls on 29th of next month. Notification for the polls will be issued on 9th November.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Commission also announced by-poll to one seat of Maharashtra Legislative Council. Polling for the seat will be held on 29th of next month.</span><br />
