In Uttarakhand, election campaign has picked up following improvement in weather conditions today. Star Campaigners of different political parties are on electioneering tour of the state.AIR correspondent reports that for the 70 Assembly seats in Uttarakhand, rigorous Campaigning have started with senior leader of Congress, BJP and other political parties are engaged to woo the voters. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is going to address a rally in Rudrapur today. Whereas Chief Minister of the state and BJP leader BC Khanduri is addressing election rallies at number of places in the state.Parts from rallies, candidates are sending SMS through mobile and internet to influence the voters. Tunes of folk songs are being used by the political parties in favour their candidates, whereas some parties are organising street play to attract the voters and form opinion in their favour.
