In Himachal Pradesh, election is being held today for the state's 50 urban local bodies. Polling started at 8 am which will continue  till 4 pm and the results will be declared by late evening today. About 1,196 candidates are in the fray whose fate will be sealed by 4pm today.<br />'' <br />'' The Election Commission has made all necessary arrangements for free and fair elections.
