In Bihar, elaborate security arrangements have been made to ensure free and fair polls during the fourth phase of Assembly elections tomorrow. Voting will take place for 42 Assembly constituencies and Banka Parliamentary seat in this phase. Out of these, 14 constituencies are in the naxal affected areas. Polling parties have been sent to booths. 568 candidates are in the fray for 42 assembly seats. By-election to Banka parliamentary constituency was necessitated following the death of sitting MP Digvijay Singh on the 24th of June this year.
