<span style="color: #222222;">Elaborate arrangements have been made for the immersion of Ganesh idol in Hyderabad and other parts of Telangana today. In the state capital Hyderabad, a centralised Idol procession will be taken out for immersion amidst tight security arrangements. Lakhs of people are expected to take part in over 390 km long procession on the occasion.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Main Procession will begin from Balapur, on the outskirts of Hyderabad at 10 AM and will pass through Chandrayangutta, Aliabad, Charminar, Afzalgunj, Moazzam Jahi Market, Abids, Liberty and reach Hussain Sagar lake. Similar tributary processions will also reach Hussain Sagar from different disrections like Secunderabad, Raidurgam, Rajendranagar, LB Nagar, Uppal and Chandanagar. It is estimated that over a lakh Ganesh idols of various hues and sizes over and above 5-feet height will be immersed across the state while the number will be over 50 thousand in Hyderabad and Secunderabad twin cities alone.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Police have made elaborate security arrangements all along the procession routs by deploying over 30 thousand police personnel including Task Force and Special Operations Teams. And the services of the special forces like Octopus besides State Special Police, Central Paramilitary Forces and Rapid Action Force are also being utilised at all sensitive areas and important points on the procession routes. Over 300 static and mobile cranes have been put up around 30 major lakes and 23 artificial lakes in and around Hyderabad to help fast immersion process. Traffic will be diverted and also restrictions have been imposed on several routs  in the city to ensure smooth passage of the immersion procession.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the state Government has declared special holiday today to Hyderabad and surrounding 4 districts.</span><br />
