In Andhra Pradesh, elaborate arrangements have been made for counting of votes for the Bye-election of 12 Assembly Constituencies. The counting of votes will begin on Friday morning at 8 am at the counting centres amidst tight security arrangements and under surveillance of CC cameras. Chief Electoral Officer I V Subba Rao said the first result was expected to be out by 11 AM on Friday.
