In Nagaland, elaborate arrangements have been made to enable voters of 26th Aonglenden Assembly constituency to cast their votes in the by-polls in a free and fair manner tomorrow.Former Nagaland Chief Minister and ex-Governor of Maharashtra and Goa Dr S.C. Jamir of Congress and Toshipokba of the ruling Nagaland People’s Front, NPF, party, are fighting this by-election.
