Biren Singh flagged off the team from his Secretariat in Imphal in the presence of Union Minister of State for Education Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan. <br />''<br />''The team consists of thirty Manipur students representing various districts and institutes and three faculty members from IIIT- Manipur. The team will tour in the state of Maharashtra for six days and the programme is being held in association with IIIT- Nagpur. A team of 70 students and five faculties from IIIT- Nagpur will also visit Manipur in the later part of this month as part of the youth exchange program.<br />''<br />''Speaking to the young students who are taking part in the tour, the Chief Minister N. Biren Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's idea of a One India, United India, Strong India is being encouraged.
