In Vietnam, at least eight people were killed and two others injured today after a fire ripped through a small cake factory in a suburb of capital Hanoi. An official said the flames erupted this morning, trapping workers inside the factory in Hoai Duc district. <br/><br/>According to state media the fire was extinguished. Hanoi police said the cause is still under investigation.
