In Nepal, eight persons have been killed and over fifty injured when two passenger buses collided with each other along the Inaruwa-Loukahi section of the East-West Highway this afternoon. Three persons died on the spot and other five succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at a local hospital. According to police, the accident occurred when the tyre of a bus burst and collided with another bus. The injured are undergoing treatment at Sunsari and Dharan hospitals.
