In Bihar, eight candidates including Kiran Keshari of BJP and Ram Charitra Yadav of Congress have filled their nomination papers for by-election to Purnea Assembly seat. Elections will be held on 25th of this month. Scruitiny of papers will take place today. The counting of votes will take place on the 29th of this month. Our Patna correspondent reports that the by-election was necessitated following the murder of BJP MLA Raj Kishore Keshari.
