<span style="color: #222222;">The festival of Eid-Ul-Azha is being celebrated across Bangladesh today with lakhs of people offering prayer at the mosques in Dhaka. The main Eid congregation in the city was held at National Eidgah Maidan early in the morning today where President Md. Abdul Hamid along with a large number of dignitaries offered the Eid prayer in the morning. <br />''<br />''Dhaka South City Corporation made arrangement for 1 lakh people to offer prayer at the Eidgah Maidan. Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina greeted people on the occasion reminding them of the spirit of sacrifice symbolised by Eid-Ul-Azha for the establishment of peace and brotherhood in society.<br />''<br />''Dhaka streets wore a deserted look for the last few days as millions of people have gone to their home towns and villages to celebrate the festival with their loved ones.
