In Lucknow's famous Teele wali Maszid prayer will be offered at 9 am and at Aishbagh maszid it will be at 10 am. The ritual of Qurbani will take place after namaz. State government has already issued an advisory directing all district police chiefs to ensure no new tradition should start and no sacrifice of restricted animals should take place. Special DG law and order Anand Kumar said that the prayers will be offered at more than 33340 mosques across the state and police have identified around 2200 sensitive places where there will be special attention. Police is keeping extra vigil at sensitive areas in cities like Kanpur, Moradabad, Rampur, Meerut and Mau.</span><br />
