European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and India are likely to sign Free Trade Agreement early next year. This was stated by the Swiss Ambassador to India, Linus von Castelmur in New Delhi today. He said if everything goes well, India will get market access for many goods and services after the Free Trade Agreement.India and EFTA had agreed to launch negotiations on trade and investment agreement following recommendations of aJoint EFTA-India Study Group set up in December 2006.
