<span style="color: #222222;">Educational institutions will reopen from 3rd of February in West Bengal. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee announced the decision of the state government at the state secretariat today. In schools, offline classes will be held for the students of class 8 to class 12. For the students of class 5 to class 7, schools have been asked to conduct classes locally as per the scheme 'paray shikkhaloy' or school in your locality. However, classes of primary section will be conducted online. </span><br />
