Educational institutions in Meghalaya reopen after 4-months closure due to COVID-19 pandemic

<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, after months of closure following the COVID 19 pandemic, educational institutions in the State reopened today with the chatter of students once again echoing in a number of schools and teachers happily clearing their doubts on various issues.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Schools will be partially open for students of class 9 to 12 to meet teachers so as to clear their doubts but there will be no regular classes and no classroom sessions, according to the directives of the Education Department.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The teacher-student counselling would have to get the written consent of their parents or guardians to visit the schools and educational institutions.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Students and teachers have welcomed the move citing that online classes though helpful come with a lot of difficulties.</span><br />
