Educational authorities in Beijing have been accused of discrimination after they roughly closed several dozen schools for the children of migrant Chinese workers. State media said some 14,000 children in three districts of the Chinese capital had been hit. Chinese officials say the privately-run migrant schools either have no permits or did not meet the required standards.
