Human Resources Development Minister Prakash Javadekar has said, Government believes that education is a weapon of change and it's goal will be to ensure that everyone gets quality education. <br/><br/>Speaking to media at his residence this morning, Mr Javadekar said, education should be student centric and be aimed at building character and capacity. <br/><br/>The Minister said, he will build upon the good initiatives taken up by his predecessor Smriti Irani.<br/><br/>Mr Javadekar will take charge as the Union Human Resources Development Minister tomorrow.
