Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar has called upon Congress and Left to come forward for strengthening the education system in the country saying it is not a political issue. Addressing a function in New Delhi today on new education policy, Mr. Javadekar stressed on the need to promote research and innovation for prosperity and permanent growth. <br/><br/>He said the accessible, affordable and quality education for everyone is his government's priority and it is working in that direction. The Minister added that education does not mean only textbook and it should inculcate human values also in the children. Mr. Javadekar urged the people to send their suggestions on the new education policy.
