The Enforcement Directorate, ED, today moved a special court in Lucknow to seeks judicial custody of former Noida Authority chief engineer Yadav Singh in connection with its probe in a money laundering case against him.<br/>'<br/>The ED moved a fresh application before a special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court in Lucknow for judicial custody of Singh. <br/><br/>The custody has been sought on the basis of a CBI case against Yadav for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.<br/>'<br/>The move comes after the Supreme Court earlier in the day granted bail to Singh, who has been charge sheeted by the ED in the case. <br/><br/>Though bail has been granted to Singh in the case, he will remain in jail as there were several other corruption cases against him.<br/><br/>
