In Jammu and Kashmir, the Enforcement Directorate, ED today conducted searches at several locations in capital Srinagar in connection with an alleged terror funding and hawala case involving over 20 crore rupees. <br/><br/>PTI reports that the agency is conducting searches against one Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad and at least three premises connected to him.<br/><br/>The ED is probing the case under Foreign Exchange Management Act. The case pertains to an alleged export outstanding of the firm. The ED suspects the case to be of terror funding through hawala dealing.
