The Enforcement Directorate has issued – Look out Circular – against Hasan Ali, accused of stashing black money abroad. This comes a day after Supreme Court criticised the Government for not acting against black money hoarders.Air correspondent quoting official sources reports, the circular has been at all airports against Hasan Ali Khan to ensure that he does not flee the country.Khan, who is alleged to have stashed around 8 billion US dollar in foreign banks, had been earlier served a notice for a tax demand for about 50,000 crore rupees in 2009. The Enforcement Directorate and Income Tax Department along with the Economic Offences Wing of Maharashtra are probing the illegal investments and charges of money laundering against Khan.Khan is likely to appear before the Directorate on Monday.
