Enforcement Directorate has issued 'Look out Circular' against Hasan Ali, accused of stashing black money abroad. This comes a day after Supreme Court criticised the Government for not acting against black money hoarders. The circular was issued by the Enforcement Directorate at all airports against Hasan Ali Khan to ensure that he does not flee the country. Khan, who is alleged to have stashed away over 8 billion Dollars in Swiss banks is likely to appear before the the Directorate on Monday. Khan had been earlier served a notice for a tax demand for about 40,000 crore rupees in 2009.
