The Enforcement Directorate today searched the residence of chartered accountant of tainted businessman and horse trader Hasan Ali in Pune. The searches at the residence of the Charted Accountant, Sunil Shinde were still on when reports last came in. However, the officials declined to divulge any details about the raids. Hasan Ali is facing charges of stashing huge black money overseas and evading tax. Meanwhile Ali has been remanded to Enforcement Directorate custody for three more days. Ali is in the custody of Enforcement Directorate since 17th March after his bail was cancelled by the Supreme Court.
