<span style="color: #222222;">Enforcement Directorate has attached immovable and movable properties worth seven crore 30 lakh rupees of accused Brajesh Thakur and his family members in Muzaffarpur Balika Grih Case.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The properties consist of 26 plots of land, three Vehicles, balance in 37 bank accounts and investments in Mutual funds.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The ED had initiated the investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in this case on the basis of the charge sheet filed by the CBI.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The charge sheet revealed that the Girls Children Shelter Home in Muzaffarpur run by 'Sewa Sankalp Evam Vikas Samiti' was found to be running in a highly questionable manner and several girls reported about violence and sexual abuse.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">There are also allegations of rape and sexual assault against the accused Brajesh Thakur who was the controller of the Shelter Home.&nbsp;</span><br />'' &nbsp;
