Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today said that Indian Economy has the resilience to bounce back to higher growth rate. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr. Mukherjee said environment of political instability was responsible for the slow down in the economy. He added that the Government was taking concrete measures to improve the value of the Indian rupee which was depleting in the International market.
