Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today said that country's economy is passing through a difficult phase and growth rate has dipped in various sectors considerably. <br/><br/>Interacting with representatives of Indian Industries in New Delhi, Mr Gandhi said, the level of centralization of power in the present NDA-government is much higher than it was in UPA government. <br/><br/>He alleged that all the powers are centralised in Prime Minister's Office and even the Cabinet Ministers in the Narendra Modi government are not in a position to take decisions independently. <br/><br/>Taking on the government's hasty implementation of the GST, the Congress Vice President said it could have been simplified and the number of tax slab reduced rationally.
