A three-member team of the Election Commission of India (ECI) held a review meeting in Bihar on Monday for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Bhagalpur with District Magistrates cum District Election Officers of 15 districts.<br />'' <br />''The district magistrates of Bhagalpur, Munger, Koshi and Purnea Commissionerates participated in the meeting.<br />''   <br />''The team comprising Senior Deputy Election Commissioners Dharmendra Sharma and Nitesh Vyas, and Deputy Election Commissioner Manoj Kumar Sahu held deliberations over electoral roll updation, increasing participation of young voters of the age group 18-19 years in the polling process. The team asked District Officials to organise special camps in colleges, universities and higher education institutions camps to encourage young voters.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Chief Election Officer of Bihar H R Shrinivas was also present in the meeting. The second phase of deliberation for preparedness of elections with the rest of the districts of the State will take place on the 27th of October in Patna.</span><br />
