The Election Commission will review tomorrow the pool arrangements being done for 5th phase of assembly election in Bihar through video conferencing.Additional Chief Election Officer of the state Kumar Anshumali told AIR correspondent that all senior civil and police officers of 8 districts going for poll on 9th of on November and officers of Chief Election officer `s office at Patna will participate in video conferencing. Several constituencies in this phase are Naxal hit and the election commission has given top priority for security arrangements during campaigning and voting.A total of 35 constituencies spread over 8 districts of Shekhpura, Nalanda, Patna, Bhojpur, Arwal, Jehenabad, Gaya and Newada of central and south region of the state will be going for poll in this phase. A total of 490 candidates are in fray in this phase of elections.
