Election Commission has also clearly laid down directions to strictly follow COVID appropriate behaviour during the polling session. It has directed the Chief Secretaries of these States to depute a senior officer to ensure that the instructions regarding COVID-19 containment measures are properly complied with while making arrangements for conducting the election.</span><br />''  <br />
