For the Assembly General Election in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry, notification is to be issued by the Election Commission tomorrow. <br/><br/>The three states face a single-phase polling on May 16 for which elaborate arrangements have been put in place. Candidates can file their nominations from tomorrow till 29th April. <br/><br/>The nomination papers would be scrutinized the next day by the poll officials. Withdrawal of nomination papers are allowed till 2nd May and the same day evening, the final list of contestants will be released. <br/><br/>The Election Commission has issued detailed instructions for the candidates to follow while filing their nomination papers.
