<span style="color: #222222;">On the second day of its Jharkhand visit, the Election Commission team led by its chief Sunil Arora will review poll preparations in Ranchi today with the Chief Secretary, the Director General of Police and other Enforcement Agencies of the state. Yesterday, the EC team held a series of meetings with various political parties and civil administration. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports that during the marathon meeting , the Election Commission team interacted with all the stakeholders and assured them of  free and fair elections. On the other hand  today is the last day of withdrawal of nominations in connection with the second phase of elections in the state, while the nomination work of the third phase will run till 26 November. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the meantime,  campaigning in Jharkhand is now getting started with the arrival of star campaigners. Union Home Minister cum BJP National President Amit Shah will start  BJP's election campaign from Gumla and Latehar today. Other parties including Congress, JMM, AJSU Party and JVM are also campaigning hard to get the mandate of the public. </span><br />
