The Election Commission has asked the Union Law and Minority Affaires Minister Salman Khurshid to file his response by tomorrow evening on his reported announcement in Farrukhabad on minority’s reservation while campaigning in favour of congress candidate.

The Commission has issued notice to Mr. Khurshid following a complaint submitted by the Bharatiya Janata Party.
