The Election Commission has made elaborate arrangements for the counting of votes of 243 Bihar Assembly seats and by-poll of Banka Parliamentary seat on Wednesday. The State Chief Electoral Officer Sudhir Kumar Rakesh told AIR that 42 counting centres have been set up through out the state. Mr. Rakesh said that counting will start at 8 morning and trend will be available after one hours. He said the whole counting process will be videographed.
