The notification for Assembly elections in Uttarakhand has been issued this morning as Polling for all 70 constituencies will be held in the state on 15th February in a single phase.<br/><br/>In Uttar Pradesh, the ruling Samajwadi Party has released the list containing 191 names of candidates for first three phases of ongoing Vidhan Sabha poll in the state. <br/><br/>?The Party has also decided to field candidates in western UP, the stronghold of RLD. Akhilesh has given ticket to his uncle Shivpal Yadav from Jaswant Nagar whereas his son Aditya doe not figure in the list.<br/><br/>The list released today seems to have accommodated most of the of both<br/>the camps of Samajwadi Party. Naresh Agrawal's son Nitin Agrawal got ticket from Hardoi and Azam Khan's son Abdullah Azam gets ticket from Suar of Rampur.<br/><br/>The inclusion of Shivpal Yadav indicates a reconciliation between father Mulayam Singh and son Akhilesh Yadav. <br/><br/>The Samajwadi Party has said it will contest 300 of 403 seats of the state, leaving rest of 103 for the Congress. The alliance between SP and Congress is expected in the afternoon today.
