Election Commission has issued a notice to a Punjabi News channel asking it to stop telecast of advertisement about achievements of government.Commission has served this notice to the channel late last evening on the reports of State Media Monitoring Committee of the Election Commission.The Commission has also asked the Congress to explain the meaning of word “Kaka” being used by the party in its campaign.Siromani Akali Dal has complained about the use of this word.
