In Uttar Pradesh the Election Commission on Thrusday issued notice to Bahujan Samaj Party state unit President Swami Prasad Maurya for alleged violation of model of conduct on February 11 during second phase polling.The Commission has directed Mr. Maurya for submitting his reply by Friday evening.In its notice the Commission has said that on polling day BSP nominee from Padrauna constituency in Kushinagar district Mr. Maurya had quarrelled and engaged in hot exchanges with security personnel when disclosure of his identity was sought.The Election commission said that after viewing of video recording a the Election commission has found that Mr Maurya is prima Facie responsible for violating model code of conduct
