Election Commission has issued a notice to West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC Chief  Mamata Banerjee over her remarks made in violation of Model Code of Conduct while addressing a political rally in Tarakeshwar in Hooghly on Saturday.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The Commission has given Ms. Banerjee 48 hours to reply to its notice.
