The Election Commission (EC) has instructed the Bihar government to transfer officers who have been continuously posted at a place  for the last three years or more. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The 11-member Commission team,  headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora is currently on a two-day tour to Bihar, and held a review meeting for election preparedness for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. </span>
