The Election Commission has instructed Bihar Government to execute pending non-bailable warrants. Over 55 thousand 800 cases of non-baiable warrants are pending throughout the state. Director General of Police Neelmani said, over 7 thousand non-bailable warrants have been executed so far. He said SPs of all districts have been instructed to execute non-bailable warrants on priority basis. AIR Patna Correspondent reports that altogether 427 cases of violation of model code of conduct have so far been received. FIRs have been registered against in 271 cases.
