The Election Commission has extended the time limit for ongoing electoral roll revision in West Bengal.A spokesperson of the state Election Department said in Kolkata on Friday that the time limit for roll revision has been extended from 31st of this month to the 8th of next month. The final electoral roll of West Bengal will be published on 2nd of January 2013.Earlier, four left parties met the Chief Election Commission in New Delhi on 23rd of this month to extend the time limit for electoral roll revision in view of current festive month in the state.
