The Election Commission has expressed strong displeasure over Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda's repeated acts of violation of the model code of conduct during the Ellenabad assembly by poll held earlier this year. <br/> In an order, the EC asked Hooda to be careful and law abiding and rejected his contention that the announcement was part of party manifesto.<br/> <br/>
